I am trying to use Tips UI but i couldnt' load Tips.txt file which located Assets/Resources/Naninovel/Text/Tips.txt.
But if i changed state setting in configuration to UniversalSettingStateSerializer.
If i change setting to PlayerPrefsSettingSlotManager, It can load Tips.txt file.
But If i use this setting, Some UI will be broken.
How can i load Tips.txt file when i use UniversalSettingStateSerializer setting?
Tips.txt load failed.

I'm unable to reproduce this with 1.18. There is a bugfix to TipsUI in the latest pre-release so my suggestion is to download the pre-release from the Discord channel by registering your copy with the instructions I gave you previously.

Problem solved.
It was localizing problem. It's my fault.
When i fixed localized issue, it was working.
