How to change text printer's auto resizing?

Hello, hopefully a quick question, but I cannot figure out how to stop the text printer from resizing. I have some text that plays that is not attached to a character/narrator but the dialogue box becomes bigger. I'm trying to keep all the dialogue boxes the same size. Thanks!

Could you show an example in screenshot? There is no auto-resizing function in text printers. If you're talking about the text itself, there should be an option in the Text component to disable Auto Sizing.

I can't figure out how to share screenshots on this forum. The dialogue box changes size when there is no character attached to the dialogue and it's just the box with text. The actual size of the text remains the same, it's the box that changes when there there is no one speaking.

I still haven't figured out how to fix the problem but I discovered the problem is with the custom text printer I'm using. The default dialogue box doesn't resize when there is no character speaking.
