I've found an issue when trying to localize tips UI.
Source locale: ja
Target locale: en

The title and description on the right column of the Tips UI have been localized to English properly,
but the title of the TipsListItem on the left column remains original(Japanese).

This is now fixed in v1.18 (available in #download). Thanks for letting us know of the issue!
