I am new to naninovel engine and it's amazing to build interactive stories.
I'd like to know if it's possible to create an app with multiples stories and each stories will have multiple chapters, also including in-app purchases for keys and gems, something similar to : https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... p.Readlove

Hi, That's absolutely possible, though we're not providing out of the box solution for this. There are however multiple tools that could help, like Unity's addressables system and IAP module and Naninovel's custom variables, custom commands, etc.
