Does Naninovel, out of the box, support clickable hotspots on images?

Ex: The background image is a picnic scene with ants all over the food. The player can click the bag of bread which then does something - maybe gives them points, or puts bread into their inventory or just makes a silly noise.

That's out of scope for VN-style games, so we're not providing a feature like that out of the box. That said, it can be easily implemented (without C# scripting) via a custom UI.
