Hide - Disable bottom bar (log,auto,skip,hide,qsave etc)

How to disable / hide the bar at the bottom of the text box ?

The one with:
LOG AUTO SKIP HIDE Q.SAVE Q.LOAD SAVE LOAD SETTINGS TITLE

And what if I wanted to disable just one option ? (for example I want do disalbe SKIP only)
