I'm trying to get the ActorNameColor in my Back log

Sure, you can get any info via code. Make sure you're using a valid actor id when getting metadata.

Where can I find the ActorID?
I was tried to find in Project Setting, but not appear. And I not have ideia where can I find it to use in the code

I only want to retrieve the Color Name and use to color the text
Is a simple task

You enter the ID when creating a new actor record. On your screenshot the ID is Player.
