Looping webms/movies in Gallery?

Hello everybody,

I was thinking of transferring over from visual novel maker to naninovel after I saw the asset on the Unity store. I saw that naninovel has a feature to include a cg gallery. Would it be possible to add looping webms/movies/or gifs into the CG gallery? If yes, naninovel would be an automatic buy for me.
Thanks in advance to those who can answer

Hi,

While we don't specifically have a gallery for animated assets specifically, there is a example found in one of our example projects (https://github.com/Naninovel/CustomUIExample) which can be used as the basis for a multimedia gallery, including movies. In order to access that, please join our Discord channel and register your invoice to gain access to the support channel and the v1.17 pre-release for Naninovel, which is required for this to work. If you need help with Naninovel-related issues, I'm also active on that channel.

I'm assuming that there would be users in the discord(including yourself) that understand a lot about making custom ui and that they could guide me in making a custom movie gallery ui, correct?

Yes, I'm happy to help as it's something I'm also interested in. If you've decided to buy then besides learning Naninovel through the documentation we also highly recommend reading the docs on Unity UI which will also help and give inspiration: https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.u ... index.html
